Mortgage by County is a static reference site with no accounts. The Loan Estimate checker, payment calculator, comparison tool and search run entirely in your browser: the amounts, counties and searches you enter are not sent to or stored by this site.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand which pages are read and how visitors find the site. Google Consent Mode starts with every analytics and advertising storage purpose set to “denied”. Until you choose “Accept”, no Google Analytics cookies are set; Google may receive limited cookieless signals (such as the page address and an approximate location derived from the IP address) used in aggregate. If you allow cookies, Google sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (stored for up to two years). Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views in aggregate, without cookies or local storage.

Advertising

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Advertising cookies (for example __gads, __gpi and IDE) and personalized ads are used only after you choose “Accept”; if you refuse, Google is told that advertising storage is denied and may show only non-personalized or limited ads.
